the staff was helpful of three nights.
the room service was inconsistent, my requests were sometimes delayed or forgotten. the cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better (i found a few hairs upon arrival).

the structure felt new and stylish. the staff was kind! ataf, from the concierge, booked a private city tour. i appreciated this personal touch and the seamless experience it provided. i would definitely consider this service again.
This felt inconvenient. i also noticed the water temperature was inconsistent. it oscillated between very cold and scalding hot, even when i tried to adjust it. this was a disruption to my routine. the ac was set at 20°c, which did not adequately cool the room!
